Billy Jack Billy Jack is a wonderful black gelding with lots of personality to burn. He’s a son of Tim’s Choco and Havenwood’s Melissa, who is a full sister to Doc Holilday. He’s got two older sisters that are living in California and an older brother in New York. He’s already 14.2hh so he should mature to be nicely over 15hh. I’m looking forward to offering him as a saddle horse at the end of the summer.
Living Legacy (Legs)
Living Legacy (Legs) is a chestnut with flaxen mane, son of Tim’s Choco and Havenwood’s Samantha, who is a granddaughter of Sewell’s Sam and Dock. Havenwood’s Samantha was the easiest horse that I have ever put under saddle and her offspring are following in her footsteps with their easy-going attitudes and great gaits. Typically Samantha’s foals have matured to be about 14.2hh and we expect the same from Legs. He’ll be offered as a riding horse in 2007.
Bonzai
Bonzai is a chestnut son of Tim’s Choco and Triplett’s Goldie. Bonzai has two older brothers that are owned by a couple that trail ride with the Ontario Trail Riders Association. Every weekend this couple packs up their truck and trailer and takes their horses to ride and camp somewhere in Southern Ontario. Bonzai’s family has wonderful trail sense and a great, ground-covering stride. Bonzai should mature to be about 15hh. He’ll also be started under saddle in 2007.
Sand Piper
Sand Piper is a buckskin daughter of Tim’s Choco and Northern Snowflake. At one year old she stood close to 15hh! She’s exceptionally quiet and gaits naturally in the field. She is registered with the Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse Association and she could be certified before November as a grade mare with the RMHA. Piper has been started under saddle and will soon be ready to go out on the trails.
